When you speak what do you say?

What do your words say about you?

Does your words bring joy or hurt?

When you speak to yourself, how do you feel afterwards?

Are you empowered or exhausted?

When you speak to yourself, you need to hold yourself to the highest regard, choose kind words instead of jumping straight to harsh ones. There is so much we do not know about how deep our words cut or heal, words have power.

Our words and how we speak can create a movement or discourage brilliance. The right words give us reassurance, allowing us to believe in ourselves. Imagine, you're told constantly, you're no good or you lack intelligence, how do you think you would you feel about yourself? It'll most likely decrease your self-esteem and throw the belief in yourself out the window. When we speak, what we say to ourselves and others either leave us connected or deserted. What you say matters and makes a difference, change how you speak to yourself. We deserve to be uplifted and feel empowered.

"Be careful with your words. Once they are said, they can be only forgiven, not forgotten." -Unknown
